SEATING & OVERFLOW

We calculated our max capacity for 2023 based on our observation of attrition and conference flow last year. While we’ve raised our max number, we also increased overflow options and introduced concurrent panels. We think we got it right, but recent interest in RESONATE makes us think attrition will be much less than before, so you may want to get your seat early for any given session!

PARKING

A limited number of spots are available in the VCU QQ lot and the Henry St. Parking Deck near the ICA. Street parking is available. The Parking Deck requires a permit that must be picked up at the ICA or from a RESONATE staff parking attendant. Instructions are below:

FOOD & DRINK

The ICA Café is a place to gather, relax, and tap into local coffee, tea and toasts. All to-stay. The café collaborates with local makers, crafters and creators to offer a welcoming space. Come grab breakfast, lunch, or a snack while you join us for RESONATE.

Screen printing

Friday, Nov. 3, 2:00-4:00 PM 

Local artist space Studio Two Three will be at RESONATE with their screen printing truck on Friday, November 3. Pick from two RESONATE '23 designs to screen print on a shirt, tote, or paper. We will have some shirts and totes for sale, but feel free to bring your own shirt, sweatshirt, or tote (in a light color) to screen print and take home.

HEADSHOT SESSIONS

Are you ready to go pro? You're in luck!  Come to the Forum for 10-15 minute complimentary headshot sessions with photographer, Keshia Eugene. There will be a sign-up sheet in the Forum-first come, first serve. Don't forget to dress to impress!

GETTING HERE

The ICA is located at the intersection of Belvidere and Broad streets in the center of Richmond.

Complimentary parking is available for this event in VCU’s QQ Lot located next to the ICA at 608 W Grace Street. Spaces are limited. Additional street parking is available on Grace Street and Pine Street.

We encourage you to bike, walk, or use public transit. Plan your trip using Richmond Public Transit (GRTC).
